All packages include your selected bell tent and standard bed arrangement for three nights, from 30 December 2026 to 2 January 2027.

• one double-height queen bed and up to two single beds; or

6m Boho Bell

Limited availability: Only four 6m tents remaining.

Our largest standard bell tent, ideal for families and groups sharing.

Maximum occupancy:

Up to six guests, configured as:

• three double-height queen beds

• two double-height queen beds and one single bed;

• one double-height queen bed and up to four single beds; or

Refundable Security Bond

A separate $100 refundable security bond per tent is required to secure your booking and is payable immediately upon invoicing.

Following the festival, the bond will be refunded by EFT, subject to inspection of the tent and equipment and compliance with Sunshine Glamping Co.’s Terms and Conditions.

Extend Your Stay

Your standard three-night hire includes:

• Check-in: 30 December 2026

• Check-out: 2 January 2027

You can add up to three extra nights at $80 per tent, per night, subject to availability.

Early check-in

• Check in 29 December 2026: add $80

• Check in 28 December 2026: add $160

Late check-out

• Check out 3 January 2027: add $80

For the longest available stay, check in on 28 December 2026 and check out on 3 January 2027. This adds three extra nights for a total additional cost of $240 per tent.

Extra Beds

Additional beds can be added where the selected tent has sufficient capacity:

• Single bed with bedding and linen: $50

• Double-height queen bed with bedding and linen: $85

Additional double-height queen beds are only available in 5m and 6m tents.

All additional bed requests are subject to tent capacity and availability.

Important Festival Information

• Tropical Fruits festival tickets and camping passes must be purchased separately through Tropical Fruits.

• Submitting the form is a booking request and does not immediately confirm your tent.

• We will review your requested tent, bedding arrangement and extras before sending an invoice.

• A separate $100 refundable security bond per tent is payable immediately upon invoicing and your booking is confirmed once the bond has been received.

• The hire balance must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice.

• Security bonds are refunded by EFT following the festival, subject to inspection and compliance with our Terms and Conditions.

• Availability is limited. Booking requests are processed in the order in which they are received, but tents are not secured until the bond is paid.
